Pastor Becky Horn is the Pastor of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Centre Hall, PA. She is a graduate of Penn State University, with a B.S. in Psychology (2007) and a graduate of The Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg, with a Masters of Divinity (2011). She was ordained in May 2011. She is the wife of Peter Horn and has four children, Manetta (11), Elizabeth (9), Andrew (7) and Katherine (4). Her family has two dogs, named Sully and Polly, and three cats named, Hope, Joy, and Peace. She has served congregations in North Dakota, Bloomsburg, PA and Danville, PA.
Pastor Becky enjoys visitation ministry and building relationships with the people of God. Over the past several years Pastor Becky has felt the Holy Spirit inspiring her to expand her perspectives, understandings, and to seek how abundant God’s love is for all people. Her passion for ministry includes speaking for those who have been oppressed and discriminated against and striving to encourage others to open their hearts and minds to the abundant love of God for all the world – a love full of acceptance, welcome, and peace.
She looks forward to continued ministry with the people of St. Luke, adapting ministry we are already a part of, and seeking new ministries to help us to all grow in faith and love in Christ Jesus. She looks forward to visiting with members and visitors and finding out where God is calling us to love and serve God through one another and our community.
